2020 FHMS PTSA Scholarships for FHMS Alumni

Congratulations to the following Finn Hill Middle School Alumni Students for winning scholarships provided by the FHMS PTSA.

We are proud of all our Finn Hill Middle School alumni and were extremely impressed with all the candidates that applied to this year's senior scholarships. The 2021 recipients are:
• Adia Pinski (Falcon P.R.I.D.E. Scholarship)
• Brayden Brackett (Victor Scarpelli Jr. Outstanding Service Scholarship)
• Emma Languein (At-Large FHMS PTSA Scholarship).

The Finn Hill Middle School PTSA strives to strengthen the learning environment for every student, to be a relevant resource for our families, teachers, staff and administration, and to be a staunch advocate for the education and welfare of every child. Our goal for this year is to build community as we continue school outside our building. 

Finn Hill Middle School Parent Teacher Student Association makes every child’s potential a reality by engaging and empowering families to advocate for all children.  Anyone from the community can join the PTSA, and your membership gives you a voice in the decisions which affect every student, including your own.

Lake Washington School District is offering free meals to all children ages 1-18, starting Tuesday, September 1.

According to the USDA press release from August 31, USDA’s Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) is extending a suite of nationwide waivers for the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) and Seamless Summer Option (SSO) through the end of 2020, or until available funding runs out.

Meals should be ordered in advance and will be available for pickup on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:15 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Each pickup will include multiple meals. Tuesday meal pickups will be meals for Tuesday and Wednesday. Thursday meal pickups will be for Thursday, Friday and Monday.
